At Last Ditch Brewpub, our operations are led by a motley crew of wild animals, each bringing their unique flair to the business. The clever fox is our master brewer, concocting innovative and daring recipes that keep our patrons guessing. Meanwhile, the wise owl serves as the head strategist, overseeing the menu with insight into the best pairings of food and drink preferences. The gregarious raccoon handles customer service, charming guests with playful banter and ensuring their glasses are never empty. And let’s not forget the enthusiastic squirrels, who keep the kitchen stocked and lively, darting about with ingredients and snacks. Together, this unruly band of misfits creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every visit is an adventure, proving that the wild side can brew the best of times! We are a posse of wild animals.
